Function-duties:

• Answer incoming calls promptly;
• providing maximum information to the user;
• Timely and operative identification of the content of the call, detailed study and redirection in the appropriate direction;
• close daily communication with the sales team;
• periodic reporting of incoming calls to the immediate supervisor;
• thorough knowledge of the company’s service standard;
• timely informing of the direct supervisor in case of problem;
• Periodically/as desired, developing recommendations related to the operation of the call center service and offering them to the immediate supervisor;
• creation of an electronic database of incoming calls and analytics (call content, number of calls, etc.);
• Periodically making calls to the customer about the services provided for the purpose of telephone research (satisfaction research, quality monitoring, etc.);
• performance of other additional tasks by the immediate supervisor;

Basic requirements:

• high education;
• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of automobiles at an amateur level will be considered an advantage;
• command of a foreign language at a conversational level;
• Possession of office programs at working level (MS Office);
