The company offers customers a wide range of products from the world&#8217;s leading brands.<\/p>\n\n<p>The goal <strong>of &#8220;Autoban&#8221;<\/strong> company is to establish a long-term, stable and development-oriented relationship with each employee.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Main duty:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Communicating with each incoming customer, identifying, tracking and redirecting their requests;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courteous customer service, queue management and troubleshooting;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provision of space with marketing and other advertising material;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Periodically checking the prices of the products placed in the space and making changes if necessary;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Constant possession of information about the services, services and various promotions available in the company and informing the user if necessary;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>constant control of the cleanliness of the space;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring the orderliness of the employees of the sales group and providing information to the branch manager in case of a defect;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance of other additional tasks by the immediate supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Qualification requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>high education;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position in the field of service;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>knowledge of a foreign language (Russian and\/or English) at conversational level;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of office programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Required skills<\/strong> <strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>high sense of responsibility;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sociability;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>organization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>attention to detail;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>focus on learning and development;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>punctuality;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courtesy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>result orientation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work in a team;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Work<\/strong> <strong>schedule:<\/strong> full<\/p>\n\n<p>Interested persons, please send your CV to e-mail <strong><u>hr@autobani.com<\/u><\/strong> Please indicate the title of the vacancy in the subject of the e-mail.
