“Avtoban” has been operating on the Georgian market since 1995 and is a leading company in the auto spare parts and auto service industry. The company offers customers a wide range of products from the world’s leading brands.
The goal of “Autoban” company is to establish a long-term, stable and development-oriented relationship with each employee.
Main duty:
- Communicating with each incoming customer, identifying, tracking and redirecting their requests;
- Courteous customer service, queue management and troubleshooting;
- provision of space with marketing and other advertising material;
- Periodically checking the prices of the products placed in the space and making changes if necessary;
- Constant possession of information about the services, services and various promotions available in the company and informing the user if necessary;
- constant control of the cleanliness of the space;
- Monitoring the orderliness of the employees of the sales group and providing information to the branch manager in case of a defect;
- Performance of other additional tasks by the immediate supervisor.
Qualification requirements:
- high education;
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position in the field of service;
- knowledge of a foreign language (Russian and/or English) at conversational level;
- Working knowledge of office programs.
